About the property

The developer, Metemtur, was founded in 1985 and builds in some of Bodrum's best-known bays.

Gümüşlük sits above the ancient city of Myndos and is known for its relaxed pace, Rabbit Island, a weekly Wednesday farmers' market and an international classical music festival every August. Much of the surrounding land is protected green belt, while Yalıkavak nearby offers shopping and nightlife.
