Multi-Million Dollar Yachts in Bodrum: Blue and Mar Drop Anchor
Blue, the 160-metre yacht of Sheikh Mansour, and Bill Gates' 107-metre Mar anchored off Yalıçiftlik during a visit to Bodrum.
Luxury yachts continue to visit Bodrum, one of the world's best-known tourism destinations. On the occasion described here, two of the largest private yachts afloat anchored side by side off the coast of Yalıçiftlik.
Blue: The World's Fifth-Largest Yacht
Built in Germany, Blue is owned by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the owner of Manchester City Football Club. It was not known whether the Sheikh was on board while the yacht was anchored in Bodrum.

Bill Gates' Yacht Mar Also Arrives
Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft and one of the richest people in the world, arrived in Bodrum on Mar, previously known as Lana, which anchored near Blue. Its aluminium and steel superstructure and sheer size caught the eye of onlookers.

Tenders were seen ferrying people from both yachts while Coast Guard Command teams patrolled the area. The yachts later departed, heading towards Marmaris.
