About the property
Nişantaşı Koru is a project by DAP Yapı built around a “healthy home” concept. It sits next to a 60,000 m² grove between the American Hospital and the Ihlamur Pavilion, giving a green setting in the middle of the city, with visitable gardens and around 100,000 m² of natural scenery in view.
The number of units was deliberately kept low and buildings are limited to 5 to 10 floors. Ceilings are planned at a minimum of 4 metres, rising to 8 metres in some homes, which creates spacious, open living areas. Some homes have large terraces where owners can choose to have a pool, and some offer Bosphorus, grove and Nişantaşı views with a fireplace. Homes can be entered from the building or from the garden.
Interiors were designed like a luxury yacht: materials are matched to each other and space is used efficiently. Abdi İpekçi Street, the city’s best-known luxury shopping street, is about 650 m away (around a 5-minute walk), and the City’s shopping centre is about 300 m away. The area around Nişantaşı has a dense concentration of hospitals and clinics, including the American Hospital.
