About the property
Oyak Construction is developing this project in Ayazağa, Sarıyer, on plot 10615, parcel 6, a parcel registered to OYAK (the Army Mutual Assistance Association). It sits next to the existing Ayazağa Oyak Site. The development will stand on an 18,352 m² plot with a total construction area of 159,213 m² and a base area of 7,070 m².
There are four blocks: A, B and C are residential and T is commercial. The residential blocks have five basement floors and the commercial block one. The mix comprises 116 1+1, 182 2+1, 42 3+1, 9 4+1, 43 5+1, 20 6+1 and one 8+1 homes, designed for around 1,540 residents. Green space covers 3,558 m², and the indoor and outdoor pool area 238.44 m².
The project applied for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Excavation was scheduled for July to December 2023, and occupancy is planned for October 2026. About 500 people are expected to work on site during construction and 120 in the commercial units once open.
