About the property
Torun Center was designed as a mixed-use development on the land of the old Ali Sami Yen Stadium. It consists of three blocks: two 42-storey residential towers and a 36-storey office block, served by three parking floors, one of which belongs to the municipality. Across the project, residences range from 1+1 to 4+1, with sizes between 100 and 425 m².
Because of the way the blocks are positioned, each façade carries a different panorama of the city, from the Bosphorus to the Sea of Marmara. The underground levels are planned as garden and terraced office floors, and the entrance of the project was designed as a 10,000 m² city square with restaurants and cafés. The western side was planned to connect the development more closely with the surrounding city.
