About the property

YOO Istanbul sits in the triangle formed by Ulus, Ortaköy and Zincirlikuyu. On a 22,000 m² plot, around 80% of the land is kept as green areas and walking paths, with 116 luxury residences arranged in 11 blocks. The project was developed by Say Yapı, part of the Digicom Group, and its interiors were designed by Philippe Starck.
